Teletherapy and In-Person Therapy Available

Therapy is available for our clients both virtually and in person.   We want to be able to support you and also feel comfortable that your health is protected.  Please feel free to talk to your therapist about their vaccine status and any precautions they are taking to keep their spaces clean and safe.  

During these unprecedented times, individual or family therapy can be especially important. Everyone copes with life events differently. Depending on the circumstances, people may be able to manage their feelings of anxiety and stress while at other times, they could become completely overwhelmed.

Today due to COVID-19, many people have to stay home and consequently may be feeling increasingly isolated and alone.
